Store Policy

Shipping  

Orders are shipped with free ground shipping within the United States. Please allow up to 1 week for your painting to leave the studio and the estimated 1–5 business days (up to 8 in remote areas) for ground delivery. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If you're in the area, you're more than welcome to pick up your artwork in person. My studio is located about 38 miles west of Sacramento, CA, and I’ll be in touch with pickup details once your order is placed.

All artwork is carefully packaged, insured, and protected. A signature is required upon delivery for orders over $300. On the rare occasion that something arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll do my best to make it right.

Returns

All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of original artwork, I do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you have any questions about a piece before purchasing, I encourage you to reach out, I’m happy to provide additional details, photos, videos, or a complimentary mockup.

Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation on orders that have not yet shipped. Email marjanzamanianart@gmail.com to check if your order is eligible.

Damaged Items

Each piece is packaged with great care, but in the rare event your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 3 days of delivery at marjanzamanianart@gmail.com.

Please include the following in your message:

  • Clear photos of the damaged artwork
  • Images of the shipping box and the original UPS/FedEx label
  • (If possible) Keep the original packaging, as it may be needed for an insurance claim

All original pieces are insured during shipping. While originals cannot be replaced, I will work with you to offer a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund, depending on the extent of the damage and the outcome of the carrier claim.
